Did a first try of running

# valgrind -v --trace-children=yes /usr/sbin/cupsd -f > /tmp/log1 2>&1

in one terminal and the first command line of comment #9 in another. No crash of CUPS, all 10000 queues got created, but a crash of a piece of valgrind, bug #861186. Log is attached.
