That is the contents of /etc/fstab. Why is it in cupsd.conf!? Interesting...

This worked for me:
dereck@yakisoba:~$ sudo cp /etc/cups/cupsd.conf.default /etc/cups/cupsd.conf
dereck@yakisoba:~$ sudo /etc/init.d/cups restart
 * Restarting Common Unix Printing System: cupsd [ OK ]
