Can you replace the line

  /usr/local/** r,

by

  /usr/local/** rix,

in the file /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.cupsd and then restart AppArmor with

sudo /etc/init.d/apparmor restart

Then execute the command

sudo aa-enforce cupsd

Can you print now?
