Does adding the following to /etc/apparmor.d/local/usr.sbin.cupsd fix the issue:
#include <abstractions/samba>

After making this change please do 'sudo apparmor_parser -r /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.cupsd' (or reboot) and try again.
