I believe this is a huge bug and I am surprised to see that it has persisted for so long. Just because the document has the same name does not mean that it is a new version of the same document. The typical case is when I purchase something online and would like to print my receipt but do not wish to kill a tree. If I print a second receipt from the same vendor, the HTML document title will remain the same, yet the content is now different in important ways. With the current behavior of CUPS-PDF, I lose the record of the first receipt when I print the second. My expectation as a user is that the system when it sees that the file exists, either a) ask me if I want to replace the existing file with a pop up box or b) increment the file name so that an overwrite does not occur. The job number solution is OK or a save as pop up like cutepdf uses (http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp).

Thanks
