Your error_log did not catch any job.

Do the following:

- Make sure that CUPS is in debug logging mode.

- Print a job which causes the crash

- Wait the crash actually happen (crash report pop-up)

- Wait more 2 or 3 minutes

- Attach the error_log which you have then.

In addition, please attach the PPD file of your print queue (from /etc/cups/ppd/).
