Please file a new bug. If you run "ubuntu-bug cups-browsed" to start writing your report, it'll automatically include some relevant diagnostics. If there are any relevant log messages in the journal, that would be useful too.

Marking a bug as duplicate is very easy to do. Untangling two problems that have been mixed into one bug report is a lot harder.
