OK - I set "DebugLogFileSize 0", then repeated the experiment. Unfortunately this time cups-browsed did not use a significant amount of CPU, even after I repeatedly disconnected and reconnected from the network. So I have no useful log file for you at this time. :(

I'll keep running with debug logging, and if I see 100% CPU again I'll submit the log file(s) here.
