@jamesh, I had set it to "Incomplete" because I asked for debug logs, which are important in addition to what got already posted.

I tried to also reproduce it by myself, having the same IPP print services as on the sprint, plus my printer at home, providing two more IPP services (via network and via IPP-over-USB), but for me cups-browsed worked correctly. In my log appears the "Listening" which tells that for none of the handled remote printers any action is scheduled.
