No, it does not include that patch.

I was trying to find out what is going on and fixed my problem with a workaround along the way.

I've contacted upstream to see if we can figure out the right way to fix it, so they can include a patch.

But if the kernel gives us something we can't use then it will probably limit the possibilities.
