No, not really. ConsoleKit does not ever touch passwords. Can you start rescue mode, do a root shell, use
id <yourloginname>
to check whether you are still in the "admin" group, and if so, do
EDITOR=nano visudo
and check whether you have
%admin ALL=(ALL) ALL
?
