After installing Ubuntu 14.04, I also get a ton of these messages when running banshee from a [gnome-]terminal, e.g.:
(Banshee:10804): GLib-CRITICAL **: Source ID 32103 was not found when attempting to remove it
(Banshee:10804): GLib-CRITICAL **: Source ID 32168 was not found when attempting to remove it
(Banshee:10804): GLib-CRITICAL **: Source ID 32209 was not found when attempting to remove it
(Banshee:10804): GLib-CRITICAL **: Source ID 32302 was not found when attempting to remove it
(Banshee:10804): GLib-CRITICAL **: Source ID 32369 was not found when attempting to remove it
(Banshee:10804): GLib-CRITICAL **: Source ID 32688 was not found when attempting to remove it
(They weren't present in 13.10.)
