There is another aspect to this issue: It also becomes impossible to execute application-level keyboard shortcuts that contain Alt + Shift, such as `Alt + Shift + R`.

What is actually executed: Alt + R and Input method is switched

What should have executes: Alt + Shift + R and Input method is unchanged

It really needs to be possible to remove or change the `Alternative switch to next source` hotkey `Alt + Shift`.
