Comment 27 for bug 1762952

Ok. Please note that I never tested a *first* install of keyboard-configuration (hard to do due to dependencies). Besides upgrade I tested reinstall and "dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration". Especially in the latter case it's obviously important that all the postinst code does run.
