Binary package hint: computer-janitor
Computer Janitor uses computerjanitor.mo file for translations. However, computer-janitor-gtk.desktop uses computerjanitorapp.mo:
$ grep Domain /usr/share/applications/computer-janitor-gtk.desktop X-Ubuntu-Gettext-Domain=computerjanitorapp
So I have two .mo files in my system:
$ /bin/ls /usr/share/locale-langpack/es/LC_MESSAGES/computerjanitor* /usr/share/locale-langpack/es/LC_MESSAGES/computerjanitorapp.mo /usr/share/locale-langpack/es/LC_MESSAGES/computerjanitor.mo
Launchpad only has one template for computerjanitor:
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jaunty/+source/computer-janitor/
I think there is one extra .mo file, probably useless.
