I am using an install of Hardy Heron and still experience this bug.

Note the attachment. The displayed window is a Javascript popup in Firefox that was maximized, but the inner content window is not.

The attached screenshot came about by using Firefox:
1. Start a Firefox window, not maximized
2. Nav to: http://www.meppublishers.com/online/caribbean-beat/current_issue/index.php?pid=1000&id=cb92-2-25
3. Click on an image to pop it up in an enlargement.
The enlarged window is affected by the bug.
This behavior is not reproducible on each try for me.
But this bug does occur in Hardy Heron / 8.04.
