Could anyone please tell me how am I expected to work with GIMP on Unity if I don't see the whole menu(red arrows)?!!! Part of a menu is covered by clock, network manager and bluetooth manager?
Second question: why every time I want to close a window I have to wonder whether it is maximed and I should close it on the left side or it isn't maximized and then I have to close it on the (according to me correct) right side. I've been using computer now for 17 Years and closing windows on the left seemed to me the same as moving from Poland to UK and driving a car on the left side of a road. In Unity not only some of the windows are closed on the left but we have to wonder where to find a button. In Unity one have to wonder about everything. It is the less intuitive environment I've ever seen and would't recommend it to any novice user.

ps
since an hour I'm trying to prevent the Launchbar from escaping from my screen. I read it is possible but have no idea how. I'm not a novice user. I'm not asking You how to do it. I'm asking if according to You shouldn't it be easier? Why when I click the Launchbar with a right mouse button there is no option "always visible" or "always on top"? Unity makes me tired...
