From time to time, compiz went up to 100% in ubuntu 11.10.
Today I upgraded to ubuntu 12.04, reboot, now compiz always goes to 100%.
(The desktop goes wrong for most parts. I can't start any programs, or start but die. Still struggling for it.)

1. unity --reset
2. killall lightdm (and start again)

All in vain. I have not yet found anything strange in logs.
