I have sent the results from you guys to the nvidia-site. (read: I have told them several people have tested the latest drivers, but to no avail) Their reply was as follows:

This issue has been reported to Engineering and is being investigated.

Please check future drivers for a fix for this issue.

I have sent them an email asking them to inform me/the public when this issue should've been resolved. So, who knows! I'll keep you guys informed!
