I had/have excessive CPU @90% and a hot CPU (65C) when
running an office desktop X-server and use
nxserver to run a home desktop X-session. When I log out of the
office session before going home, this problem does not arise and the temperature stays
down (about 46C)
I have googled a lot and not found an answer (yet) to why X cranks up on CPU.
