The bug is still there in Debian package version 0.9.13.0+16.10.20160818.2-5.1, see https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=890190.

Additionally, please change the default value of that nodelay option to false. It is somewhat insane to offer a delay option, also offer a delay setting in CCSM, but secretly disabling it.
