Comment 2 for bug 293200

Ive run into this twice recently my screen is blank, caps lock light blinks, also my wireless light was blinking. Every time it has happened to me I was away from the computer. Ive experienced another system crash with slightly different symptoms, namely that when I get back to my computer everything has disappeared from my screen except the desktop background and the mouse which can be moved. This is reported at bug#284057.

Is this a kernel crash because its a full system lockup? If so it should be marked that.

What else can I do to help diagnose this?
