Still happens often enough on latest Intrepid + Firefox as of today.
Firefox: 3.0.5+nobinonly
When firefox returns from minimized, it often takes up the whole window, covering the top and bottom panels. It doesn't look like the regular full screen, but the only way out I know is double F11, when it returns to normal size, as I want it.
