Thank you for a positive response; one of only two I've received.
The observation makes sense as I also am using Nvidia drivers, and
I believe I also installed the compiz....3D drivers, on the advice of one
of those "Twenty things you should do after installing...." I'm sure you
get the idea. Anyway, this gives me a direction to move in, as tapping f11
is getting old.
I've been using Firefox since version 2 and have always been pleased as to
it's functionality and durability, so other subscribers' advice as to
replacing it w/
Opera or something else doesn't really appeal.
