As described here -http://forum.compiz-fusion.org/showpost.php?p=67969&postcount=20 - I SOLVED the issue by:

1) Go to CCSM (settings manager)
2) General Options - Display Settings
3) Untick "Detect outputs"
4) Only one output will be in the output list.

Try it and see how it goes.
