I just forgot to say that this absolutely never happens if I disable compiz in the "Desktop effects" tab of the "Appearance preferences" window (i.e. If I set it to None). I can even switch back to "Normal" or "Custom" after launching my opengl window, and nothing bad happens. It's really when openning the window that something wrong is done (not by me ;-)
