I am no longer using TwinView so this doesn't matter to me, but if you are asking if it still occurs then the answer is yes. Also, I have now tested with the Hardy versions of Compiz, the NVIDIA drivers, and the X server, and it exists there too. The value of 119 pixels is unchanged. I am attaching the logs from my X session when it repro'ed with the Hardy versions and changing back to New.
