Comment 20 for bug 172718

I was told this is my bug, but my taskbar is 24 issues high. So does that fall under bug 140860 or this bug? I still can't get maximize to not go under the panel on the monitor if the screen edge goes onto another monitor, and I think that's the underlying issue ... (on latest jaunty)
