2012-10-24 11:08:12 Dmitry Kann bug added bug
2012-10-24 11:10:30 Dmitry Kann description It's a very strange behaviour and somewhat erratic too. When I start Gedit, it seems to block the Compiz grid function (window alignment when you drag them to an edge of the screen, presented with orange overlay) for all other windows -- mostly but not always. Gedit window itself I never managed to make trigger the grid. As soon as I close Gedit, grid triggering is back again. Weird. ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 12.10 Package: gedit 3.6.0-0ubuntu1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.5.0-18.29-generic 3.5.7 Uname: Linux 3.5.0-18-generic i686 ApportVersion: 2.6.1-0ubuntu4 Architecture: i386 Date: Wed Oct 24 12:56:53 2012 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 11.10 "Oneiric Ocelot" - Beta i386 (20110921.2) MarkForUpload: True SourcePackage: gedit UpgradeStatus: Upgraded to quantal on 2012-10-19 (4 days ago) It's a very strange behaviour and somewhat erratic too.
