I did not have this issue with Ubuntu 14.04 but now I have it with 16.04 with the same hardware. Windows from the screen on the right move to the screen on the left if the screen is locked for a while. I have one screen on DVI and another on HDMI. Both are the same model (BenQ GW2460). I have an Intel integrated GPU with Oibaf drivers.
