Dear Matthias,
icedtea-netx was installed. I reinstalled, but the problem persists.
Then I saw that libnetx-java was not installed. Installing it did not
solve the problem. Is there a problem with dependencies? When installing
icedtea-netx openjd-6-jre and openjdk-jre-lib were requested!
If I open koala.jnlp via nautilus, icedtea-netx is correctly recognized as
the default application for jnlp. On opening, however, nothing happens.
javaws still reports not being installed.
I hope this problem can be sorted out.
I know that 12.04 does NOT have this problem.
Best regards ... Peter Glassel
