Mutter 3.7.90 now depends on cogl >= 1.13.3. For the GNOME3 Staging PPA we aim to include all of GNOME 3.8 for developers and those who love the bleeding edge to get a head start on the 13.10 cycle. However, the new cogl includes a soname bump and because a binary won't run if it's linked against 2 different cogl libraries, it's necessary to rebuild all the reverse depends and break against the old cogl library. While half of the rdepends are already in the Staging PPA, the other half are not and we don't really want to be responsible to maintain all of the others in the PPA too.

I successfully rebuilt all the rdepends in my PPA without changes (Except for empathy where we fixed a "stealth FTBFS"). The cogl developers plan to follow the GNOME 3.8 schedule which means they aim to be ABI stable now for the rest of the cycle so there shouldn't be a problem upgrading to 1.14 next month.

I will need sponsorship for cogl and clutter-1.0 but I believe I can handle the rest of the transition.
