Hi Max,

When proposed pocket is enabled [1] then 0.7.5-0ubuntu1.20 [2] can be installed.

This does include the patch.

The cloud-init_0.7.5.orig.tar.gz source archive linked to on [3] is the source archive before patches are applied.
