Not that I can see. At the time of trying to change an icon in the sidebar, no errors are output to dmesg (tried with dmesg -Tw, dmesg -w and just dmesg without arguments). The last error before that is:

[Mo Apr 23 18:12:56 2018] CIFS VFS: Send error in SessSetup = -2
[Mo Apr 23 18:12:56 2018] CIFS VFS: cifs_mount failed w/return code = -2
[Mo Apr 23 18:12:57 2018] No dialect specified on mount. Default has changed to a more secure dialect, SMB2.1 or later (e.g. SMB3), from CIFS (SMB1). Toect to access old servers which do not support SMB3 (or SMB2.1) specify vers=1.0 on mount.

Apparently concerning the pam mount.

The only Apparmor DENIED error I could find was for cupsd.
