The package of chromium for 24.04/noble is https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/chromium-browser/2:1snap1-0ubuntu2 which is not what you're using. If you wish to file a bug report on your chromium package, you'd have to file it with whomever packaged it (PPA owner), as it's not a Ubuntu 24.04 package.
