I need to correct my previous statement. It looks like skypeforlinux is actually starting the

  gnome-keyring-daemon --start --foreground --components=secrets

command line, it is not there at boot. The

  gnome-keyring-daemon --daemonize --login

command line seems to sometimes be there and sometimes not, on all machines.
