The duplicate bug has HIGH importance and assigned developer. Why not this one? I think this one is the "main" bug for all duplicates so I would expect this would be a HIGH importance task. This bug is really annoying. Now I don't even close my browser, I just put my laptop to sleep mode :)

And BTW, it seems that when Chromium crashes, all tabs are reopened upon browser restart.
I suppose this info can help.
