Upgrade cheese package to drop libhal dependency

Binary package hint: cheese

I'm using ubuntu lucid, and by default hal is not installed.
When I manually install cheese, hal should be installed too, since it seems it depends on it (it complains because hald is not running).
I installed hal, rebooted the PC and cheese works now

    - updated gstreamer and gtk requirements
  * debian/rules:
    - clean the .a and .la libraries
    - don't use --enable-mmkeys configure option, it's deprecated
