Bug Description
Binary package hint: cheese
output:
** (cheese:2132): WARNING **: Could not initialise connection to hald.
Normally this means the HAL daemon (hald) is not running or not ready
I guess the halsectomy has not reached cheese yet?

FWIW, I installed HAL and tested it and it worked fine. I purged HAL and retested it, and it stopped working.
