It's an external and cheap webcam. On it i can see only the "istar" word.

Using the application Device Manager I see this:
Model: ZC0305 WebCam
Vendor: Z-Star Microelectronics Corp.

Looking in properties tab I also see
info.linux.driver: zc3xx
usb.product_id: 12379 (0x305b)
usb.vendor_id: 2760 (0xac8)
