Update cheese to 2.22.3

Binary package hint: cheese

We need to update Cheese in Hardy to the latest upstream stable release 2.22.3, which includes the following bug fixes:

  - cheese did not choose the right thumbnails for already taken pictures, fixes GNOME #539030
  - added/updated translations
    - bg, courtesy of Alexander Shopov
    - vi, courtesy of Clytie Siddall

It also includes the following from 2.22.2:

      * cheese crashed, when a file was deleted twice
      * fix regression of gio, which disabled DnD, courtesy of Cosimo
        Cecchi, fixes GNOME #526398
      * fix invalid free in cheese, fixes GNOME #529467, courtesy of
        Matthias Clasen

Finally, we need to incorporate the hildon patch, which has not been applied to the 2.22 series upstream.

TEST CASE: New upstream version shall basically work as nicely as it did before. :-)

I've prepared the update and have included the hildon patch updated with bug fixes which are included in the 2.23 series upstream. I also added a new patch with a separate bug fix, also now in 2.23 upstream. Details on these changes can be found in debian/changelog.

Hi,

I reviewed the proposed changes and am attaching a debdiff. I also compared patches.

The only thing which I'm not 100% sure about is the OnlyShowIn change which I know is fine for GNOME and UME, but I don't know whether cheese is useful in Xfce and KDE for instance.

So after some discussion:
1) please target hardy-proposed
2) please drop the onlyshowin patch, not part of the new upstream version BTW; this should be tried out in intrepid but doesn't close any bug in hardy and has regression potential

All previous functionality of the new version in -proposed has been verified using a Macbook Pro running Ubuntu 8.04 natively. The fixes for the bugs called out in the SRU changelog have all been verified as well.

In addition to the bug fixes specifically called out in the SRU changelog, I verified that an additional bug has been fixed in this new version (LP: #222515).

Note finally that the video recording freeze bug (LP: #204875) is *not yet* fixed in this version.
