Hmm, ok I didnt want to wait for an answer, manually downloaded thze *build2* versions, but realized I appear to have them already:

$ apt search gst-3.0
Sorting... Done
Full Text Search... Done
gir1.2-clutter-gst-3.0/jammy,now 3.0.27-2build2 amd64 [installed]
  Gobject introspection data for Clutter GStreamer elements

libclutter-gst-3.0-0/jammy,now 3.0.27-2build2 amd64 [installed,automatic]

and also:
$ apt search gstreamer1.0-clutter-3.0
