Same here on Dell XPS 12 on Ubuntu 14.04

The webcam works with guvcview and vlc, but not with cheese, skype or xawtv.

I tried setting quirks to 0x100 and 0x80 in /etc/modprobe.d/uvcvideo.conf but without success.
