Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It looks like your udev information contains non-ASCII characters, that would explain the encoding problem you're seeing. I'd like to ask you to please execute the following command, in a terminal:

udevadm info --export-db >/tmp/udev-export.txt

Then, please attach the /tmp/udev-export.txt file to this report. This will allow us to ensure that your udev information can be correctly parsed by the udev_resource script.
