This is a new upstream release which supports llvm-16. llvm-defaults has been pointed to llvm-16, so ccls will FTBFS without this new version.

0.20230717-1 has been uploaded to Debian, and tested in PPA https://launchpad.net/~zhsj/+archive/ubuntu/ccls/+packages
