Bug Description
Problem occurs with: Ubuntu 6.10, Ubuntu 7.10, Ubuntu Intrepid alpha 3, Ubuntu Intrepid daily 2008-08-21
1. Start up from an Ubuntu live CD.
2. Choose the "Check this CD for defects" option.
3. Once the test has finished, try to install Ubuntu.
What happens: Once the check finishes, it says "Press any key to reboot your system".
What should happen: Once you have acknowledged the passed test, Ubuntu should return to the main menu, which already has an option for restarting the computer if I really want to, which I probably don't.
Fixing this would also fix bug 221926.

Update: I tried Edgy final now it's out, and the CD test has changed behaviour copared to RC. Instead of looping, now it reboot the machine ! Okay, so I don't have to do it manually anymore you might say ;-) but still, not quite what one would expect/want either ;-)
I changed the bug title/subject field accordingly.
