STEPS TO REPRODUCE
 1. Create a virtual machine with a 8GiB disk and/or with 0.5GiB RAM.
 2. Boot Lubuntu installation media to the virtual machine.
 3. Run the installer.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Installation proceeds normally.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
The installation fails to proceed at the welcome screen with the error message "There is not enough drive space. At least 8 GB is required" or "The system does not have enough working memory. At least 0.5 GB is required," respetively.

WORKAROUND
Edit /etc/calamares/modules/welcome.conf and increase the value of `requiredStorage` and/or `requiredRam` by 0.1.

AFFECTED VERSIONS
Lubuntu 18.10-19.04
calamares up to and including 3.2.4-0ubuntu3

NOTES
The code actually does the math with binary units (e.g. GiB), but erroneously reports back with decimal prefixes (e.g. GB).
