We can certainly worry about both at the same time.

A person may not necessarily have the security knowledge to respond to the "real issue" and make "clear words" against Comodo (at least not useful ones aimed at resolving this situation). However, assuming he understands at least some of the dangers this situation presents, he is easily capable of recognizing that a joke about carrying out an unethical action which is arguably a threat in this situation is inappropriate.

That said, it probably is just a red herring, but please, Eddy, don't make jokes like that.
