This looks like a bug in the client. In the case of the gnome-user-docs branch the missing keys are claimed to be [('inventories', '<email address hidden>'), ('inventories', '<email address hidden>'), ('inventories', '<email address hidden>'), ('inventories', '<email address hidden>'), ('inventories', '<email address hidden>')], but when I instrument the client every single one of these keys is present in the first stream (from the stacked branch, before it fetches the rest from the stacked-on branch).
