I had byobu pinned to the launcher in Zesty.
Directly after having upgraded to Artful, byoby had been removed from the launcher (similar to bug #1628975).
When launched, byobu would show the "unknown icon" and could not be pinned to the launcher ("Add to Favorites" was greyed).

Now, byobu use the terminal icon and can be pinned to the launcher. However, it will then start as a normal terminal, without byobu.
